International Licensing Expo Las Vegas NV

Robot Luv and Pin Curl Girls exhibited in a 10x10 booth for the first time at the International Licensing Expo at the Madalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The show ran for three days and showcased companies big and small looking for new licensees. Companies as large as Pixar, Marvel, Focus Films, Lego,Hasboro, MGM, and Disney. Up and comers Ugly Doll, Paul Frank, Jelly Belly. Licensing agencies representing clients such as Yo Gabba Gabba, and skeledolls.

Robot Luv and Pin Curl Girls debuted in the Art and Design section with other artists booths courting companies such as American Greetings, Target, and other companies looking to license up and coming innovative artists.

The show was a hands on learning experience where many great contacts were made.

Carrie Masters has been a self employed entrepreneur since 1996, running a street wear shop called “The Ozone” for 10 of it's 13years. Carrie became a professional working artist in 2004 when she started her photography business C. Masters Photography. In 2006 she started working freelance for B&H Chaser merchandising out of Los Angeles, designing tshirts based on her photography. Carrie designs were placed in Nordstrom, Forever 21 and Virgin Megastores. Not mention worn by Miley Cyrus. In 2007 Robot Luv was born out a moment of inspiration in the middle of a cold Nebraska winter, where her love of vintage kitschy toys could combined with her love of photography and drawing and is her current passion.

Robot Luv has been developing a collection of licensed products since 2007. Starting with a successful artist collaboration with Palmer Snowboards. Robot Luv's women's halo broken heart board was a big hit with retailers across not only the US but also in Europe. With that success came another artist collaboration with Palmer Shoes, now on our third season of shoes, each season gets better and better for Robot Luv! Partnering with LifeGear and Palmer shoes, The Robot Luv x Palmer shoe line, produced and distributed in Japan to major retailers throughout Japan, has also been a great success!

In the United States Robot Luv has collaborated with Lamp in a Box to produce lamps with Robot themes that not only attract children with their bright colors and cute themes but also attract their parents. Robot Luv lamps have been sold in Kitson in LA the trendy shop found Robot Luv lamps to be perfect for their trendy shops. Robot Luv lamps are poised to hit major national retailers in the coming year after testing well in boutique shops and art galleries. Robot Luv is also a retailer online with our webshop located on our site along with an online shop on the international known website etsy. With these shops Robot Luv has been about to sell it's products to buyer around the world from it's Lincoln Nebraska headquartes.

Currently, Robot Luv is partnering with Ripple Junction's “New Standard” line of artist tshirts. We are excited about this brand new venture.

Robot Luv welcomes boutique shops across the country to join in and spread the luv! New shops such as "Revival" in Iowa city are selling tshirts and totes for the back to school season. The "Luv is Automatic" college town tour, brought RL to shops in Kansas City such as "Spool" a children's boutique and indie designer boutique. In Manhattan Kansas, we found "Rockstar and Rogers" a vintage store that sells all kinds of rockin gear to the University of Kansas State. In Lawrence the KU hipsters get their Robot Luv at "Wildman vintage" another great find! While traveling through Iowa we found "SMASH" a t shirt shop and screen printer that had the market on cool tshirts we left 'em with RL patches and totes. In Iowa City, University of Iowa students in the know shop at "White Rabbit" were they can pick up one-of-kind Robot LUv clothing! If you are in any of these areas check out these great shops! I had a blast traveling around this summer and intend to continue to Road Trip this fall. Your suggestions would be great! Let me know what college towns you would like to see Robot Luv! Robot Luv has some exciting news--our second line of sneakers just launched in Japan. And even more exciting than that, they made the cover ofNadesico, a fun and funky fashion magazine. This is the second collaboration Robot Luv has done with Shaun Palmer. The shoes reflect the free-spirited, kitschy aesthetic of Robot Luv. The shoes have been designed in bright colors and contain many of Robot Luv’s signature patches on them. Some of the sneakers even rise up to the calf, how cool is that?! Rock N Fashion Show birth of Rock Candy Line

Robot Luv participated in the Rock N Fashion Show. At the show Robot Luv debuted it's "Rock Candy" line. This line of rock and roll inspired fashion is a departure from the cute doodle drawings of the Robot Luv main line. This line has plenty of glitz and glam rock energy. The women's mini skirts and barely there tops had the crowd's attention at the Rococo in Lincoln Nebraska! The men's vests and jackets were inspired by motorcycle club jackets with Robot 's signature twist. Robot Luv was backed by the band Archondo rockin the house!

Robot Luv was the last to go out and ended the Rock N Fashion show at the Rococo in Lincoln Nebraska. We rocked it!!

Robot Luv in collaboration with Palmer Shoes hit the Japanese market by storm with a line of shoes 10 styles in all, for spring-summer 09 and fall-winter 09. The shoes are currently being sold all across Japan.
